Week(weak)

There's this lady that comes in for the last appointment monthly. Twice she's had a five minute wait ahead of her and she's stomped out yelling at me. I'm nervous because I know today will be long and the end of the day we have many patients, two being Personal injury. Which means, it will take a bit longer. I really don't want her to come in and yell at me again. Yuck. People are so mean,  I can't handle it.
